Trading season has officially begun in Major League Baseball, as two monster chips have come off the board in New York and St. Louis, be sure to check out how we feel it will affect all players' involved and their fantasy value, including those on the team that were left behind. There was also another hideous no hitter in baseball today, and unfortunately the injury bug has bitten again. There was a benching in Chicago, more dead arm in the Bronx, and my least favorite player finally went yard. You can't wait another second I know to find out all of this great information, so go ahead and read Rounding The Bases.

It is the end of another week in fantasy baseball and as usual there is a ton of news.  As always there is injury news with a Panda and a Tabata and one doesn't seem too bad while the other is crushing. I give you a guy I think should be in the All-Star game that isn't getting any attention and a National League pitcher that got off to a great start that is starting to collapse.  It was a day of unprobably stolen bases as some of the fattest asses in the majors got in the SB column, and a former first round pick is starting to finally make a bit of noise in fantasy.  If you can't wait to find out what the hell I am talking about, wait no more and enjoy Rounding The Bases.

The calendar changes again as we enter June and fantasy baseball is in full swing.  It is prospect season now as many of the minors' best will be discussed in front offices as teams decide whether or not to bring their players up.  You will likely see many over the next week or so, including Brett Lawrie even though he is resting a few days after being hit on the hand. You will likely really have to make some tough choices with these kids coming up as you can't have all of them so you have to hedge your bets on which one or two might be able to help your team. But there is plenty of other news and games happening each and every day so never miss a night of Rounding The Bases.

Happy Memorial Day! Today we pay tribute to the men and women who serve in our Armed Forces, and take the time to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and laid down their lives in defense of this country. We at Fantasy Alarm have nothing but the utmost respect for those who serve and have served to protect us and the liberties and principles of the United States. We thank you for your service this day.  It is a rough transition to fantasy baseball, but Memorial Day has become a big day in the Major League Baseball season.  So sit back, relax, and enjoy the news of the day in Rounding The Bases.

Happy Mother's Day to all of the mothers out there, and most importantly MINE!  Patricia Hallam is the absolute best mother that anyone could ever hope for, and I am forever grateful for all that she has done for me. The woman would do absolutely anything for me, and I will never be able to properly thank her for everything.  She did embarrass me tonight on The Fantasy Alarm Show on Sirius/XM Fantasy Sports Radio, but regardless I still love her more than she could ever know I'm glad to have an avenue that I can tell everyone aboute her. As far as baseball is concerned, we had The Captain show signs of life, and a bunch of starters show signs of life.  Enjoy the article below and good luck in your upcoming fantasy matchups.
