Week 5 started out slowly and heading into the afternoon games the popular sentiments from around the industry was that this was a “down” week. Then the Broncos and the Cowboys took to the field to bless us with 99 points and an unbelievable 1039 yards of total offense. Also, for the first time since week 1 we had three games yet to be played once the Broncos and Cowboys game ended. So, what was a slow week has turned out to be another week filled with production. Let’s take a spin through all twelve games played this Sunday and find out how our players performed.
Week 3 is going to be remembered more for who didn’t do what rather than who actually showed up this week. There were so many disappointments this week from Marshawn Lynch ruining the greatest of matchups to the entire Giants offense soaking the bed with diarrhea. Then of course it just wouldn’t have been a Sunday of Football without several notable RB’s going down with injuries. While we wait on more news from C.J. Spiller, Daryl Richardson, James Starks and Chris Ivory let’s sit back and review everything that happened in Week 3.
