As I started writing about Alex Rodriguez on this week’s Injury Report, I received a voicemail from Yankees’ general manager Brian Cashman telling me to shut the f*** up. Ok that didn’t really happen, but A-Rod is included in the Week 14 edition of the Walking Wounded.
It seems fitting that the 50th anniversary of General Hospital just passed because the fantasy baseball world has become an infirmary. Thousands of fantasy baseball teams saw some of their star players go down with devastating injuries during Week 2. Even though it is still very early in the season, you need to be aggressive when trying to compensate for the loss of some of your players who may be out for quite some time.
