A league source says when Rajon Rondo (knee) returns to practice is his decision. This is a sign he has been cleared by doctors. (RotoInfo.com) (12/02)
Expert Advice: I think it is fair to wonder how motivated Rondo is to come back to a 7-12 team. Could this turn into another Derrick Rose situation where Rondo is cleared to return but doesn't for some time? We all know Rondo can be a game-changer when he returns, but I wouldn't blame a fantasy owner who decided to drop him. I think a lot of his fantasy teams will be out of contention by the time he returns.

Updated: Lakers guard Jordan Farmar suffered a moderate left hamstring strain in Sunday's game against the Blazers the team announced.Farmar played less than a minute before suffering the injury, and the team is calling him day-to-day. (RotoInfo.com) (12/02)
Expert Advice: The Lakers don't play again until Friday, so the team will have plenty of time to evaluate the extent of his injury and set a timetable for his return. If Farmar is out for an extended amount of time, expect Steve Blake to see a significant bump in playing time at the point guard position, while Steve Nash remains sidelined.

Pau Gasol plans to undergo an MRI on his sprained right ankle Monday, which was sore after 25 minutes of action in the loss to the Trail Blazers Sunday. (RotoInfo.com) (12/02)
Expert Advice: The MRI is just a precautionary one as the ankle is still bothering Gasol, who had one of his worst games Sunday scoring just six points on 3 of 15 shooting and a season-low five boards. Fortunately, he and the Lakers do not play again until Friday, so as long as the MRI comes back negative he should well rested and ready to go for Friday's game.

Evan Turner scored 20 points in the Sixers' loss to the Pistons Sunday. It was Turner's 14th 20-point game in 17 games this season. Turner scored at least 20 points just 17 times in 82 games last season. (RotoInfo.com) (12/02)
Expert Advice: Turner is on pace of setting career-highs in just about every category this season, as he continues to take advantage of additional shot attempts following the departure of Jrue Holliday in the offseason. On the season Turner is now averaging 21.3 PPG, which is an eight point jump from his final statline from last season.

Andre Drummond is the first player with at least 30 points, 19 rebounds and six steals in a one game since Hakeem Olajuwon did back on November 27th, 1990. (RotoInfo.com) (12/02)
Expert Advice: Drummond continued his hot start to the season into December, after recording his third straight double-double in the Pistons win over the Sixers. Outside of his poor free throw shooting (32.1% FT%), Drummond is one of the best fantasy contributors in field goal percentage, rebounding and steals. At the age of 20, he still has much room for growth, so let's hope he can correct his efforts from the charity stripe because he has all the talent in the world to be a top fantasy contributor.

Kevin Durant became the first player, since Michael Jordan on January 16, 1988, to put up at least 30 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, four steals and four blocks in a game. (RotoInfo.com) (12/02)
Expert Advice: Let's not compare him to Michael Jordan just yet (he needs some rings), but Durant sure knows how to fill the box score. According to the ESPN player rater, Durant is currently the fifth best player in all of fantasy behind only LeBron James, Chris Paul, Anthony Davis and Kevin Love.
